Put in whatever is settled. Dates still shifting? Write that in the notes; a range is workable and the desk would rather quote around uncertainty than turn a request away.

The four steps that follow
- 1. Availability gets checked across your entire window, not only the first night, at the lot types
your vehicle actually fits.
- 2. Back comes a message naming the options, the daily rate for those exact dates, and every item
that might be added to it.
- 3. Say yes and the operator holds the bay against your registration plate.
- 4. Drive in on the day: the camera reads the plate, the shuttle does the rest.
None of that starts by submitting this page. The form asks a question, it does not create a booking and it costs nothing.
Three things worth getting right
Your dates, including the return. A space that exists on your outbound day and not on your return is the commonest cause of a bad morning at the barrier.
The vehicle, including anything on the roof. A rack, a box or a bike carrier changes which bay fits and sometimes which lot.
Your registration plate. The gate reads it. A reservation attached to a plate that does not match the car is a reservation the barrier does not recognise.
If it is urgent
Dropping off within twelve hours? Use the telephone. The desk can reach a lot while you hold the line, and no submitted form does that.
The desk answers Tuesday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time. Monday is the day off, and a Monday morning departure therefore needs arranging by Sunday evening.
What we will not ask for
Card numbers, bank details, licences, passports, birthdates: none of them are collected anywhere here, and this site has no checkout of any description. A page wearing the VoyBeam name and asking for them is somebody else's page.
