The company
About the reservation desk behind VoyBeam
What the company is, what it deliberately is not, and the full registration record on one page.
VoyBeam reserves airport parking near Raleigh-Durham. It is run by VoyBeam Reservations LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, from an office on Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh.
The model, stated the same way on every page of this site: we check availability, quote the daily rate and hold the space. The lot belongs to an operator who runs it, staffs it and takes the money.

Where the name comes from
Two halves, and neither is decorative.
Voy is the front of voyage, which is where you are going once the car is parked.
Beam is the structural member that carries a parking deck. Every covered lot on this site stands on them, and it seemed a better thing to name a parking company after than another synonym for speed.
The word VoyBeam was searched before it was used and belongs to nobody: no company, product or mark carries it. The company name adds Reservations because that is literally the service, and because a bare invented word is a poor thing to put on a contract.
Why a desk rather than a lot
Running a lot means land, gates, shuttles, staff, lighting, insurance and a licence. Running a desk means knowing which operator has room in the second week of March and answering the telephone.
There are operators near this airport who do the first job perfectly well. What travellers struggle with is comparing them honestly, because every lot's own website says its lot is the best one. A desk with nothing to defend can say that the long stay lot wins after five days, which is true, and which no lot will tell you if it owns the deck.
What that means concretely
- The person quoting you is not the person at the gate. Both are identified before you travel.
- Insurance, licensing and security on the lot belong to the operator. We hold none of them.
- If something happens to your car, it happened on their property under their terms, and we will
help you reach the right people rather than pretend the responsibility is ours.
- No money passes through us at any point.
Who runs it
Reid Callaway, who started the company in 2023 after years of watching colleagues arrive at departures having spent forty minutes finding a space. There is no stock photograph of a team on this page, because there is no team.

- Ownership
- One owner, the founder, with nobody else holding a share
One number is missing from that list deliberately: the state SOSID. North Carolina issues them in an unbroken run, so a convincing looking number is already somebody else's. What is printed instead, the office that took the filing, the day it happened, the federal tax ID and the agent, pins this company down without leaning on anybody else's identity.
What this company does not claim
- No lots. None of the parking on this site belongs to VoyBeam.
- No parking licence or permit, and no licence number anywhere on this site, not even as an
example.
- No overnight line. The desk keeps the hours printed above and says so.
- No affiliation with the airport, any airline or any operator's brand, and none is named here.
- No reviews. There is no ratings block on this site because there are not yet enough real ones
to publish, and a manufactured one is worse than none.
